New Registration

You may fill in our Voter Registration Application online, but you will need access to a printer to complete the process. Only a printed and signed application can be accepted. The application will ask for your current and valid Florida Driver License number, Florida Identification Card number, or the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you do not have any of these items, you must mark the box indicated on the Voter Registration Application as “NONE.”

Make sure to include your legal residential address on the application. A P.O. Box or commercial address is not acceptable, since you will be voting for representatives based on where you live. If you don't receive your mail at your residence, you may include a mailing address on the form, as well.

Please take your time and ensure that your application is complete before returning it to us. Drop off your application or mail it (with a first class stamp) to any Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Office. Scroll down to see our office addresses.

If your application is complete and you meet the requirements to be registered to vote, we will mail you a Voter Information Card. If you do not receive your card within 4 weeks, or if you have any questions, call our office at (813) 612-4180.

You may also register to vote at any of these voter registration agencies:

  • Florida Driver License Office
  • County or City Public Library
  • State agency providing public assistance
  • State agency that provides services to disabled persons
  • Armed Forces Recruiting Office
