Sample Ballot - 2008 Presidential Preference Primary

Florida is a "closed primary state".  Voters registered with a minor political party or without party affiliation may vote only on the Constitutional Amendment in this Presidential Preference Primary election.  If you wish to be eligible to vote for Democratic or Republican candidates in the Presidential Preference Primary election in Florida, you must be registered with that party.

Select Your Party Affiliation:

Republican Party:  Lists the Republican Candidates Nominated by the State Republican Party and the Constitutional Amendment.

Democratic Party:  Lists the Democratic Candidates Nominated by the State Democratic Party and the Constitutional Amendment.

Other or No Party Affiliation:  Displays the Constitutional Amendment.
