For every county-wide election, the Supervisor of Elections Office relies on more than 3,000 poll workers to staff more than 250 polling places.
Poll Workers are the front-line representatives of the Supervisor of Elections Office. They are highly trained individuals who are active voters, serving their community and local governments with pride. Poll Workers interact well with the public and work well in stressful situations.
If you would like to join our team and become an Election Day Poll Worker, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the various Poll Worker Requirements and Positions, and the training you will be expected to complete.
Now that we know you are excited about becoming a Poll Worker, the next step is to complete the Hillsborough County Poll Worker Application, and an online assessment. After you have completed the assessment, a staff member from the Supervisor of Elections Office will contact you.
We look forward to working with you! For more information, call the Poll Worker Department at (813) 744-5855, or e-mail PollWorker@hcsoe.org.
