New Registration

It only take a few minutes to register to vote online. You'll need a Florida Driver License or Florida ID and the last four digits of your social security number to fill out the application. If you don't have those, you can fill out the form, download and print it, and deliver it to our office. Just click on the button to get started.

Make sure to include your legal residential address on the application. A P.O. Box or commercial address is not acceptable, since you will be voting for representatives based on where you live. If you don't receive your mail at your residence, you may include a mailing address on the form, as well.

On the application, you'll be asked to select a political party or choose "no party affiliation." Click here to learn more about Florida's political parties.

If your application is complete and you meet the requirements to be registered to vote, we will mail you a Voter Information Card. If you do not receive your card within 4 weeks, or if you have any questions, call our office at (813) 612-4180.

You may also register to vote at any of these voter registration agencies:

• Supervisor of Elections offices • Driver license offices  • Public assistance offices • Public libraries • Offices that serve people with disabilities • Armed forces recruitment offices • Centers for independent living
