High School Art Contest

VoteHillsborough Art Contest Banner

We are excited to announce our VoteHillsborough Registration and Art Contest for 2020

The Goal

We're looking for talented students to help us share information about registering to vote and voting. We especially want to let our community know that they can go online to VoteHillsborough.org to register to vote. It's really quick and easy! (You can learn more about registering to vote here.) We also want to encourage people to vote. Your art can be about registering, voting or both.

We are also conducting voter registration drives in every public high school to make it easy for young people to get a head start on participating in our democracy.

Craig's Letter to Hillsborough County High Schools

The Reward

We will display all the artwork online and in our offices, and choose three designs to be featured on posters and McDonald's bag stuffers. Don't worry about dates and deadlines -- just focus on creating a powerful image that will encourage people (especially young people) to participate in our democracy. We'll add specific election dates to the posters and bag stuffers. Please include your name and school on the front of artwork.

In addition, the three high schools with the most successful voter registration drives will be recognized in front of the Hillsborough County School Board!

Art submissions are due January 10th, 2020.
