Agency Coordinators

Thank you for helping us to make Hillsborough County the best place in America to vote!  We have been running Adopt A Precinct for years and work hard to make it simple for you and your poll worker recruits to participate. We need the following three documents on file for your organization.  If you have previously completed these forms, please disregard this request:

1. Adopt A Precinct Partner Information Form

2. IRS Application

3. Scanned copy of your IRS nonprofit certification of exemption

Once you have your group together, you'll need to fill out this form, listing the names and email addresses for each participant. After you fill out the form, save it as a PDF and email it to pollworker@hcsoe.org. If you have 10 or more members from your organization with the same poll worker position and you would like to arrange a private training session for your group, please contact us. We will schedule a time and a location that is convenient and conducive to training.

*If you are an Adopt A Drop Site coordinator, please make sure you have filled out our Adopt A Drop Site Partner Information Form, and turned in an IRS Application and a scanned copy of our nonprofit certificate of exemption. Your participants will need to fill out the Adopt A Drop Site Participant Application
