The Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Office maintains electronic records for all registered voters in Hillsborough County. Pursuant to Section 119.01, Florida Statutes, these records are considered public information and are available by request.
We produce two types of voter data reports: standard and custom. Electronic files are provided at no cost.There is a small fee associated with printouts. If you require printed data or district-specific data, please fill out the custom report request form.

Standard Data Requests
The following standard reports are published at the beginning of each month and are available for download in either text delimited or Microsoft Excel format.
- Entire Voter Database
- All Republican Voters
- All Democratic Voters
- All NPA/Minor Party Voters
- Prior Month New Voter Registrations
- Prior Month New Republican Voter Registrations
- Prior Month New Democratic Voter Registrations
- Prior Month New NPA/Minor Party Voter Registrations

Custom Data Requests
In addition to the standard reports listed above, the Supervisor of Elections Office can produce custom voter registration reports upon request. To request a custom voter registration report, please complete the Custom Voter Data Request Form.
Vote By Mail (Absentee) Data Requests
To request access to the Vote By Mail (Absentee) voter data files, please complete and follow the instructions on the Vote By Mail Data Request Form. The scheduled mail out dates for the 2020 General Election can be found here. Please note that Vote By Mail voter information is only available to those authorized to receive it, as defined in Florida Election Law (section 101.62 (3)).
