Track Your Ballot

We’re piloting a ballot tracking tool that will send you an email or text when we’ve received your ballot. (For the Primary Election, this tool will only confirm the date your ballot was mailed out and received back, and will not track when it’s in transit.) We encourage you to sign up for the notifications. Unfortunately, this tool is not available for overseas voters. Scroll down for another ballot tracking option available to everyone.

You can also fill in the information below and use our voter lookup tool to check your ballot status, and get other useful information. If there is a problem with your signature, the voter lookup tool will have information on what you need to do to resolve the problem. Otherwise, the status will show “received” until the day after Election Day, when it changes to “counted.”

Please note: Florida has a very broad public records law. Voter registration applications and other written communications to or from the Supervisor of Elections are public records and are available to the public and media upon request unless the information is subject to a specific statutory exemption. Email addresses are also public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, please do not email us. Instead, contact us by mail or phone, or visit us in person. To request public records, contact the communications department by emailing or calling (813) 744-5900.
